Yesterday, June 3rd, the Auditorium of the CosmoCaixa Science Museum in Barcelona hosted the results presentation of the “Convocatòria de Projectes Socials Catalunya 2025” (Catalonia Social Projects Grant 2025). This event serves as a gathering and celebration for the third sector and social organizations, where our entity had the privilege of being invited once again.
In this 2025 edition, the “la Caixa” Foundation selected a total of 331 proposals across 73 municipalities throughout Catalonia. This represents a global investment of 10.5 million euros, which will directly impact the lives of 121,525 beneficiaries, driven by the dedication of 2,665 professionals and over 9,000 volunteers.

Our organization is proud to be one of the 331 funded entities, specifically within the action area of Disability, mental health conditions, or illness. This category accounts for 139 selected projects this year (42% of the total) with a dedicated budget of €4,125,451. This funding is primarily aimed at providing tailored, individual support focused on autonomy, community inclusion, and improving the quality of life for individuals with intellectual, physical, sensory, or multiple disabilities, as well as Mental Health conditions.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the “la Caixa” Foundation for renewing their trust in our project. Partnerships like this enable us to continue building a more just, inclusive, equitable, and supportive society.
As this year’s motto highlights: “Fer-ho junts per fer-ho realitat” (Doing it together to make it a reality).
