
Amb l’enrenou of daily life, so we discover our own needs. This week, I invite you to prioritize self-care and strengthen your social connections.
Self-cure:
- Dedicate time to your mate: Reserve moments for activities that relax and make you feel good, so that you can pick up a book, turn on a bathroom, practice exercise or simply enjoy a moment of tranquility.
- Escort to the children: To attend to the children’s physical and emotional needs. Rest when necessary, eat in a healthy way and look for activities that help reduce stress.
- Establish limits: Learn to say “no” to demands that are exceeded and to protect your temperature and energy.
Social connection:
- Strengthen your relationships: Spend time connecting your loved ones, whether through a bond, a missatge, or a sort together.
- Seek support: Don’t worry about seeking help when you need it. Talking to friends/guesses, family members or Mental Health professionals can make a big difference.
- Participate in social activities: Join groups or activities that are of interest to connect new people and expand your social circle.
Remember:
- Self-healing and social connection are fundamental to maintaining good Mental Health.
- Small changes in your daily routine can have a great impact on your well-being.
- You are not alone. There are people who care about you and are willing to help you.
Specific actions for this week:
- Always schedule a self-healing activity on your agenda.
- Contact a friend or family member who doesn’t talk at all.
- Consider joining a group or activity that interests you.
