The first €250 of your donation is tax-deductible at 80%.
The remaining amount (beyond €250) has a deduction of 40%.
Additionally, if donations have been made to the same organisation in the last 3 years, and the amount is equal to or greater than that of the previous year, the applicable deduction rate increases to 45%.
If you are a company:
For legal entities, the deduction rate in the Corporate Tax return is 40%.
Furthermore, if donations of the same value or greater than the previous year have been made to the same organisation in the last 3 years, the deduction rate increases to 50%.
