Hereinafter, THE OWNER.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the making of donations through this website.

Donations may be of a fixed amount (e.g., €10, €50) or of a free amount, with a minimum of €10.
Donations may provide tax benefits for the donor, provided that the requirements established in the applicable tax legislation are met. THE OWNER will issue the corresponding tax certificate where applicable, in accordance with the law.

Accessing and using the website confers the status of user and implies the express and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Donation Process

The donation process is carried out electronically through the website and consists of the following steps:

  1. Selection of the donation amount.
  2. Access to the donation cart.
  3. Entry of the information required to process the donation.
  4. Express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Payment via the Stripe payment gateway using a credit or debit card.
  6. Donation confirmation.

Once the process is completed, the user will receive, where applicable, a confirmation email of the donation. Registration is not required to make a donation.

4. Language

The donation process and these General Terms and Conditions are available in Spanish, Catalan, and English. The language selected by the user shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

5. Price and Taxes

The amounts indicated for donations do not include VAT, as donations are made without commercial consideration.
No additional charges or hidden costs apply to the donation.

6. Payment Methods

Payment is made immediately via credit or debit card, through the Stripe payment gateway, in compliance with PCI DSS security standards.

THE OWNER does not store or have access to the user’s bank data, which is managed directly by the payment platform according to its own terms and security policies.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, donations are irreversible, and the right of withdrawal or refund of the donated amount does not apply.

However, a refund may be processed in the event of a technical or administrative error attributable to THE OWNER or the payment gateway used.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Such data will be used exclusively to manage the donation, issue tax receipts, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Data will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the user, except where required by law.

The user declares that they are over 18 years old and legally capable of making donations through the website.

9. Recurring Donations

Recurring donations are not processed through the online store or via electronic contracting.

Requests for recurring donations are made exclusively by submitting a form with the relevant details, and their processing is carried out through THE OWNER’s internal channels, in accordance with applicable legal and tax regulations and the information provided specifically in that form.

10. Modification of Terms

THE OWNER reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms shall be those in force at the time the user makes the donation.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from donations made through the website shall be submitted to the courts of the user’s domicile when the user has consumer status, or to the courts of THE OWNER’s registered office in all other cases.
