Yesterday, we celebrated our highly anticipated annual fellowship lunch at the urban garden space, where service users from the Community Rehabilitation Service (SRC) participate every Wednesday, and the Social Club every Friday. It was a festive day of togetherness that highlighted the daily care, effort, and connection with nature nurtured throughout the year.
The urban garden has established itself as a vital pillar of therapeutic intervention and inclusive leisure for our organization. It provides an outdoor space where users lovingly cultivate and care for a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, building autonomy, teamwork, and emotional well-being within a supportive community setting.

As part of a cherished annual tradition, the gathering featured a special meal prepared by Mireia, head of the garden from Jiwar (jiwarbarcelona.com), a cultural exchange and creative residence space with which we have collaborated for many years. Mireia cooked her famous and delicious macaroni for everyone, sharing a memorable meal with great company.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Jiwar and Mireia for their ongoing dedication and commitment to our services, as well as to all participants for making this day a true reflection of community and mutual support.
