Last Tuesday, October 14, Plaça de la Virreina de Gràcia (Barcelona) was filled with music, emotion and, above all, powerful messages. On the occasion of the 2nd Call for the event “Sing Openly about Mental Health”, a valuable initiative organized, among others, by Cuida la vida and ARAPDIS itself.

A stage for Visibility
“Cantem Obertament” it is much more than a musical recital. It is an open space that uses the power of song as a tool for transformation and destigmatization. The goal is clear: that people can tell their story, opinion, reflection or experience through song.
The Commitment of ARAPDIS and the Community
For ARAPDIS, co-organizer of the event, this meeting reinforces our commitment to awareness and the creation of safe spaces where experience in Mental Health can be expressed freely and with dignity.
We deeply appreciate the participation of all the singers, musicians and attendees who, with their presence and their songs, help break down barriers and build a more empathetic and aware community.
The success of this second edition in Gràcia encourages us to continue promoting music and art as fundamental pillars of emotional well-being and psychosocial rehabilitation.
