In ARAPDIS we believe that things do not happen by chance, but rather they happen. Therefore, for some time now we have been working intensely to move threads, weave networks and promote projects that put Mental Health at the center of the professional and entrepreneurial agenda.
Last Monday, February 2, as a result of this push, we met with the director of CREAP (State Reference Center for Psychosocial Care), Juan Lázaro. At this meeting, together with our traveling companions from Ammfeina and Som Vía Consultoría, we presented the project to Promote Training, Entrepreneurship and Professional Life aimed at people with Mental Health problems.
Why is this management important? Because we are not satisfied with a theoretical inclusion. Our vision is committed to:
Real autonomy: Provide the tools for an active and dignified professional life.
Transformation of the labor fabric: Diversify companies and create spaces where resilience and creativity are appreciated values.
Defense of rights: Fight stigma from professional competence and self-esteem.
This proposal, aligned with the objectives of CREAP, is the result of our commitment to create quality job opportunities and a more fair and inclusive society. We are very proud to have been the seed of this collaboration and we will continue working to grow these avenues for the future.
Thanks to CREAP for the good reception and to Ammfeina and Som Vía for joining forces on this path that we have started together!
